My First Ever Giveaway: Circle Scarf!!

Hey readers! Today is a blog first for me, I’m hosting a GIVEAWAY!!!! I’ve been hesitant to do a giveaway before because I’m scared that I will post something I made and NO ONE wants it!!! How sad would it be if no one enters for my free stuff? That would be so embarrassing! So please ease my fears and enter below!! I decided to do the giveaway as a small thank you for reading my blog. I am truly so grateful and humbled by everyone who reads and comments on this site. I have the best group of readers! You are all so kind and encouraging! You motivate me to keep on going!

Yesterday, I posted a tutorial on how to make an American Apparel circle scarf (click on photo to see full tutorial):

Today, I’m giving away the pink scarf to one of my blog readers! This scarf could be yours!

To enter the giveaway, just comment below with your name, email address and one thing that you are grateful for today. The giveaway is open until Friday, October 21st midnight PST. I’ll randomly choose a winner and announce it on Monday and mail the scarf to the winner. Good luck, everyone!

I’m grateful that we finally have some cool weather here in Houston. My neighbor laughed at me for wearing a scarf on the first cool day this week. Your scarves are beautiful, I got to your blog from Sew Can She today, her daily free tutorial! I have a quick hint on sewing knits, if you pin a strip of tissue paper (repurposed from all those gift bags you probably get!) along the knit fabric seam where you are going to sew, the pressure foot to your maching glides along nicely and won’t pull on the knit fabric.
Hope you can do another scarf give away, the fabrics you have are lucious, and we don’t have the fabric outlets up here in upstate New York, cow country!
