One of my best friends growing up, Abby, is a one of those amazing multi-talented women and I don’t know how she does all the things that she does. She is a girl band rockstar, created her own makeup line and recently started an online clothing store- Haute Republic. Haute Republic sells “Girlie Punk Clothes” with free shipping! They have all sorts of cute clothes and accessories. I was going through their fun inventory and these are some of my favorite items:

In other blog news, I am working on redesigning my site to make it easier to navigate and discover older posts. I’m also working on moving my site over from wordpress.com to a self-hosted wordpress site in a few weeks. In the mean time, I added a few features to the right column like an “archives” dropdown menu and a link to follow me on twitter (@comeoneilene). I haven’t been all that active on twitter, I usually just use it to follow my favorite celebrities, but recently I’ve been tweeting a little more, especially about my current obsession: Jeremy Lin! If there is any other features you would like to see included in the redesign, let me know!
