Hi! Yesterday, I shared my Chinese potsticker/dumpling recipe. Today, I’m going to show you how I wrap them. Everyone has their own unique way of wrapping their dumplings. I’ve seen some pretty creative versions! The way I fold mine is how my mom taught me growing up. I always wished I could fold dumplings as neatly and quickly as she could! Hers were always wrapped so perfectly and they never fell apart while cooking. I like the way she folds her dumplings, they look like they have little cute plump bottoms. I could always tell which ones she made and which ones that other people made because hers were PERFECT. It’s sort of hard to explain how to wrap them, so I took lots of pictures. Here goes…..

And that’s it! Repeat over and over again until you have used up all your filling or dumpling wrappers.
See what I mean when I say they have cute little butts? They kind of remind me of Jeff’s bottom. JUST KIDDING!! His tushie looks nothing like that, HA!
How cute are all these dumplings all lined up! Tomorrow, I will show you how to pan fry them!

Hi! And welcome to my site! I hope you find something that inspires you while you are here.
