One of my best friends came to visit me from Boston and she loooooves Guinness beer. I know nothing about beers, but because her love for Guinness is legendary, I had to try out this Guinness Milk Chocolate ice cream recipe on her. I found it flipping through David Lebovitz’s Perfect Scoop book and thought it was the perfect treat to make. The recipe adds a 3/4 cup of Guinness stout into the ice cream base. For those who like beer and chocolate, this was the perfect combination!
I’m not a beer drinker so now I have 5 extra bottles of beer sitting in my fridge. Anyone have ideas what to do with it?
