in holidays, printable, valentines day

Happy Love Week!   This is my favorite time of the year!   I think I post more projects about Valentine’s Day than any other holiday.  I just love LOVE!

If you are looking for a last minute easy Valentine idea, here is one I whipped up for Zoey to bring to her classmates:

With baby #2 due any day now, we started Zoey in school a couple days a week which means she gets to participate in all those fun school activities like handing out valentines to her friends.  I didn’t want to spend a lot of time on her  valentine’s with the limited free time I have left and I was trying to come up with a non-candy option that would be easy, fast, cheap and likable.  I got the Annie’s Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks from Costco using Google Express (but you can also buy them on Amazon) so extra bonus for not having to waddle out of the house to get supplies, too.  I was able to whip all of them up during one of Zoey’s nap times.  Hooray for fast projects!

I designed the “Some bunny thinks you are special” tags using free clipart and Illustrator:bunny_valentine3

Print them out on card stock, cut out, folded the top over in half and then staple them onto the top of each bag of fruit snacks and there you go.  Easy peasy.

You can  download the template here for any one who might want to use it  for their own valentine’s day treats.  (I deleted Zoey’s name from the template so that you can write your own child’s name.) I hope its useful for someone else out there!

Hope you are feeling the LOVE this week!!

If anyone is looking for free Valentine’s Day cards, a couple years ago, I designed a couple fun Valentine’s printables that you can also download for free here:
